In individual psychotherapy, we hold up a mirror together to explore and clarify what can be seen about, and through, your lens. What beliefs are driving your thinking? What historical experiences need to be examined, understood, shared, and released?
What do you want your life to feel like and look like? How do you want to experience yourself in your relationships? What fears, anxieties, or negative self-beliefs keep you from the change you want? I will look at these questions with you. Doing so with another is so important, as looking at them alone can keep us circling our familiar sticking points. Research has shown that the therapeutic relationship itself is perhaps the strongest factor in helping people resolve their struggles.
