Schedule a Session or Intensive

I appreciate that it can be difficult to reach out for help. Let me assure you that my style is warm, caring, and responsive. I know that nobody feels better when feeling judged, and I also know that a little humor goes a long way when people are engaged in this work. We are, after all, only and beautifully human. I begin with a brief consultation so we may both determine whether working together would be a good fit and how I can best meet your needs: Individual Psychotherapy, Couples Therapy or an Intensive?

Therapy Sessions

For couples therapy sessions, I recommend 75 or 90 minute sessions. For intensives, there is a One Day or a Two Day session, which I have outlined below. We can discuss the best option for you when you contact me. When you are ready to move forward, I kindly ask that you fill out the forms below and send them to me prior to our meeting so that we may optimize our time.

Couples Intensives

A Couples Intensive is an opportunity to do in-depth transformation of your relationship. This work is truly transformative because it shows you how to move from fear to love in your relationship. An intensive could be right for you if:
  • It is difficult for you to schedule weekly appointments
  • You are in crisis
  • You know or believe that you would benefit from longer sessions, one half-day, in order to go deeper into your relationship
  • An Encounter-centered Couples Intensive is comprised of a series of dialogues designed to move your experience of your relationship from alienation to understanding and connection. It is profound for both individuals, and is life-changing for your relationship. An ideal Encounter-centered Couples Intensive is a Two-Day Private Session. If that does not “fit” you, as a couple, or in your schedule, the progression of elements of that Two-Day Intensive can be broken up into segments.
When you are ready to move forward, I kindly ask that you fill out the forms below and send them to me prior to our meeting so that we may optimize our time.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit  ww.cms.gov/nosurprises or call me at 510.898.8874.
